✅ Key Qualifications:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree (4 years) from a reputed university.
- 💼 Minimum 1 year experience in financial services with incentive structure.
- Deposit mobilization experience preferred.
- 🗣️ Strong verbal communication skills.
- 💻 Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
