Position: Sr. Executive / Executive, Customer Care

Branch: Gulshan -1, Gulshan-2, Banani, Kakrail and Shantinagar

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Ensure the optimum level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently.
Education:
  • Graduation or Masters in any discipline from a reputed university
  • MBA or English Medium background is preferred
Experience:
  • Fresher’s & experienced both are encouraged to apply
  • For experienced: minimum 2-3 years
Additional Criteria:
  • Voice Quality: Should have a neutral and appropriate accent, clear voice, pleasant tone
  • Good listening skill: Must have the ability to understand others’ tone quickly
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in Bangla and English, with a confident tone and pleasant conversation
Compensation Package:

Remuneration: 16,000/- to 18,000/-

Festival Bonus: 1 month full salary for two festivals (confirmed employee)
