Responsibilities & Context
Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Convert conversations into sales to meet targets.
Capture orders from Social media platforms and our website.
Problem-solving & Target achieving attitude.
Track orders and Deal with the Delivery Person & Solve the Delivery issues.
Create Orders in a spreadsheet and upload them on the delivery Portal.
Maintain Stock and capture knowledge about product variations.
Make great teamwork to get the ultimate success of the company.
Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
